My name is Sylvia and I am dedicated Body Control Pilates teacher.

I am a true believer that investing in yourself is the best investment you can make, and Pilates is a great way to do that. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, balance and flexibility. It can help you become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body. Pilates is an effective way to improve both your physical and mental health. 

My goal is to help people embrace Pilates as a regular part of their fitness routine, and sustainable solution for improved quality of life, wellbeing and boosted self-confidence.
