We are dedicated Body Control Pilates teachers.
Our goal is to help people embrace Pilates as a regular part of their fitness routine, and sustainable solution for improved quality of life, wellbeing and boosted self-confidence.
We are true believers that investing in yourself is the best investment you can make, and Pilates is a fantastic way to do that.
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, balance and flexibility. It can help you become stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body. Pilates is an effective way to improve both your physical and mental health.
Our classes are small and challenging, but fun. With keen eye for details, We make sure your posture and alignment is correct throughout the class.
Our person-centred, non-judgemental and adaptive teaching style is always based on each student’s needs and abilities.
We pride ourselves in quality of teaching, and work in accordance with the code of practice of the Body Control Pilates Association - of which we are active members.
We are fully insured and hold First Aid Certificate.
